Construction and Compliance

  • Solicit and analyze general contracting services
  • Conduct bid walk and pre-construction activities with complete bid analysis
  • Manage construction team while on-site to ensure scope and schedule compliance
  • Review and analyze any change orders for validity and seek owner approval

Wrap-Up and Sign-Off

  • Continuously communicate with all stakeholders (owners, project team, and brand)
  • Troubleshoot any project issues
  • Coordinate brand post-renovation walkthrough and sign-off
  • Provide spec book and other renovation information to the property for warranty information and future operational replenishment needs
