PUNCH WALK/CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

Construction projects can be large and sometimes the lagging details get overlooked.  We get out the blue tape and complete those last items that are keeping you from renting rooms. Our team works with a contractor network to ensure that your property is 100% rentable including working with local municipalities to get Certificates of Occupancy or close out permits.

FORECASTING/SCHEDULING

The key to success is staying organized and staying ahead. Multiple property portfolio owners need to be mindful of cash flows and the number of properties under construction simultaneously to ensure projects are equally dispersed throughout the year and among various years as the cycle renovation arrive in years to come.  We have experience with coordinating construction schedules for over 180 portfolio projects to ensure your projects are staying o-n schedule and cycle year.
